Wayne Rainey Rides Again, 2022 Goodwood Festival of Speed - Gänsehaut. Rainey ist seit seinem schweren Sturz beim Großen Preis von Italien in Misano 1993 querschnittgelähmt. In Goodwood fuhren mit ihm die alten "Haudegen": Kenny Roberts, Kevin Schwantz und Mick Doohan.

"I was probably a little bit more nervous about this ride than at any other time in my career."

Three-time Grand Prix World Champion Wayne Rainey was back on the Yamaha YZR500, 30 years after claiming his final title with it, at the 2022 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

The American reflected on this special experience, as well as what it was like to be joined by fellow racing legends Kenny Roberts, Mick Doohan, and Kevin Schwantz on the climb up the hill!
